Our steel threaded rods are manufactured from 1215 carbon steel, meeting ASME B18.8.2 specifications. This steel is very strong due to our heat-treating process. This strength lends the steel threaded rod to withstand high mechanical stress. Thus, it can be used in many types of jobs and applications. All our threaded rods have a Class 2A fit.
